Too Faced Melted Metal

Too Faced Melted Metal Metallic Lipstick has arrived at VVHQ and I’ve got all the details and swatches for you!

So as you probably already know, these come in the same kind of tube and same formula as the original Melted Liquified Lipsticks (which I LOVE) but these have a metallic twist. They aren’t really as metallic as you may think though. They have some metallic shimmery stuff going on but they don’t really look truly metallic on the lips. I am actually thankful for that because I feel like true metallic lips aren’t very wearable and can be very hard to pull off in normal day-to-day situations.

As far as texture these feel hydrating and nice, just like the originals. They don’t feel any more drying because of the different finish. They apply just as easily as the originals and are nicely pigmented. I feel like they look more frosty than metallic but not frosty in a bad 80’s way. My personal favorites are the last four because they seem more pigmented and are more intense colors in general. Violet is my favorite shade but Jelly had the best formula and was super even for a dark shade. So pretty!

You can find these now at Sephora and Too Faced and they are $21.00 each.

What do you think about these, are you going to pick any up?
