Essence of Beauty Lavender, Lemon Verbena

Essence of Beauty, which happens to be CVS’s number one selling body care and fragrance line, has a new collection out called Naturally Indulgent Bath & Body.

This new line includes three new scents: Lemon Verbena with Olive Oil, Lavender with Rosemary Oil and Eucalyptus with Mint Oil. Each scent has a Hand Cream, Body Butter, Sugar Scrub, Botanical Body Wash, Foaming Bath Soak, Nourishing Body Oil and Shea Butter Bar Soap. They all contain plant extracts and essential oils and are free from parabens, petroleum, gluten and phthalates.

And the price is right too! Everything is between $5.99 and $9.99.

Essence of Beauty Lemon Verbena Body Oil

Lemon Verbena Body Oil

Lemon Verbena Body Oil is a spray oil that combines lemongrass and olive oil for smoother, hydrated skin. It smells fantastic, like a fresh lemon soap. It does a nice job of hydrating without feeling overly greasy or slick. The one complaint I have is when you spray it out, it goes to just a very small spot rather than a fine mist all over, which would make rubbing it in easier.

Essence of Beauty Eucalyptus Body Butter

Eucalyptus Body Butter

Eucalyptus Body Butter contains spearmint oil and it has a really amazing scent. I did not think I would like the smell of this one, but it’s kind of addicting. It smells very cool and refreshing. It’s a nice thick body butter which sinks into the skin very quickly and leaves you really moisturized but not greasy at all. Love this!

Essence of Beauty Lemon Verbena Bar Soap

Lemon Verbena Shea Butter Bar Soap

Lemon Verbena Shea Butter Bar Soap contains lots of good ingredients for hydrating the skin and it smells of fresh lemongrass. It’s a HUGE bar, almost too big for my small hands. I kept dropping it in the shower. But it lathers up nicely, leaves my skin smelling softly of lemon and it lasts a long time.

Essence of Beauty Lavender Foaming Bath Soak

Lavender Foaming Bath Soak

Lavender Foaming Bath Soak has Epsom salts and chamomile to soothe and condition the skin. It smells like lavender and rosemary and is quite a calming scent. All you do is pour some into running warm water and the crystals dissolve, leaving a milky bath to relax in. I haven’t yet tried this one because my bathrooms aren’t really conducive to relaxation (which is why I have a hot tub) but hopefully one day soon!

You can find all these products at your local CVS now.
