Wet n Wild Mega Last Salon Nail Color for Summer 2014

New and limited edition is Wet n Wild Mega Last Salon Nail Color for summer 2014!

This collection features 6 new bright shades. Most of them are cremes but one is a beautiful must-have shimmer.

These have the “ManiCurve Pro Brush” which means they are very wide and flat with a rounded tip. They are a bit too wide for my nails so that does create some sloppiness and me having to clean-up around the edges. I also noticed most, if not all of these had at least one or two bristles sticking out. So they aren’t very great quality, but are nice shades nonetheless. You get what you pay for at $1.99 each. I used between two and three coats depending on the shade.

Wet n Wild Brush

Wet n Wild A Venice Day

A Venice Day

A Venice Day is a bright yellow. This was two coats and had a slightly thick and uneven formula.

Wet n Wild Love Me Some Muscles

Love Me Some Muscles!

Love Me Some Muscles! is a cantaloupe shade. This was two coats and applied better than A Venice Day, but still was on the thicker side.

Wet n Wild Beat of a Generation

Beat of a Generation

Beat of a Generation is a bright pink. This was two coats and still on the thickish side.

Wet n Wild Trippin on the Boardwalk

Trippin’ on the Boardwalk

Trippin’ on the Boardwalk is a vivid lavender. This had the best, most even formula and this was two coats.

Wet n Wild Contact High

Contact High

Contact High is a bright neon green. This one dries matte because of the neon qualities. It’s on the more sheer side also so I needed three coats, but you can still see my nail edge on some nails. You have to be careful when applying the coats because it tends to drag and get very gloopy towards the edges.

Wet n Wild Coast to Coast

Coast to Coast

Coast to Coast is a bright blue shimmer. This is the only shimmer in the bunch and it’s my favorite one, hands down. Gorgeous vivid blue and gorgeous shimmer. This had a really good formula and I only needed two coats.

Look for these this summer at drugstores near you!

Which are your faves?
