OPI Sheer Tints

Welcome to the world of OPI Sheer Tints for spring 2014.

This is the first time OPI has released a line of colored Top Coats. These shades are all transparent colors, which you can wear by themselves or as a top coat over other shades. They have a thick jelly formula and are super shiny.

I have to say I love the way they look in the bottle. They remind me of colored sugar or something. I also love the patterned over-wrap on the caps, and that they all have a different design. It definitely makes them stand out among the legions of other polishes in my drawers!

Overall: I am not a huge fan of sheer shades on my nails but I kinda sorta like these…maybe. I am undecided. I mean they do look like colored jelly, which I like, and they are super shiny. They all covered with two coats. I think I would probably wear them layered over something else but I haven’t had a chance to play around with that just yet.

Availability: Beauty Brands, Beauty First, Chatters, Dillard’s, jcp Salons, Pure Beauty, Regis, Trade Secret, ULTA and ulta.com.

Pricing: $9.00 each.

What do you think? Are you a fan of sheer nail shades or would you wear these layered?
