NARS Lip Gloss has a new formula and some new shades just in time for summer!
These glosses have a light, silky texture and a new doe-foot applicator. They contain sea lavender to help with fine lines, are non-sticky and super comfortable to wear. The new formula now comes in 30 shades and there are seven new ones, which include:
- Salamanca – pink flamingo
- Eternal Red – bright orange-red
- Quito – bright strawberry pink
- Priscilla – shocking pink
- Sixties Fan – pomegranate
- Istria – pink glace
- Tasmania – pink cantaloupe
The new glosses also now come in a clear tube so you can really see the exact color inside.
Tasmania is an extremely light pink. The color doesn’t show up much on my already somewhat pigmented lips, it just makes them shiny.
Priscilla is a bright fuchsia. Love this shade. It goes on very evenly and is really nice.
Quito is a strawberry pink/red. Another really great shade, though it does settle into lip lines a little bit.
Overall: I like these glosses because they feel really easy to wear and light on my lips. They aren’t super hydrating, but not drying either. They do have a very thin-feeling formula. When I go to get them out of the tube I have to go in a million times because not a lot of gloss comes off on the applicator. Shades Priscilla and Quito are definitely the stand-out ones here.
Availability: April 15th at NARS boutiques and on the website and May 1st at Sephora and department stores.
