Nails Inc. Leather Effect Nail Polish in Noho

Nails Inc Leather Effect in Noho

Nails Inc. Leather Effect Nail Polish in Noho is new(ish) and super, super cool if you like textured polish.

This shade is limited edition and comes in a set called Bling It On Rebel, which includes the full-sized polish as well as silver skull embellishments and studs and crystals (with glue and orange stick to apply everything).

Nothing interested me in the kit except the polish itself, so here she is on her glorious own.

Nails Inc Leather Effect Noho

Nails Inc Leather Effect Noho-2

Noho is a deep black with what they call a leather effect. It kinda sorta looks like leather. Maybe pebbled leather. Ok I don’t really think it looks like leather, but it does create a really nice, fine texture and I really love the way it looks. Matte, edgy and awesome.

It dries fairly fast and you just need two thin coats.

What do you think about it? Like the set or a waste because you would never use the other items?

Availability: Sephora and sold only in the set.

Pricing: $25.00.

I got the polish by itself (ordered it from ASOS) and love it, I even got away with a single careful coat.

I like this better than some of the other textured polishes I’ve seen. Most just look too gritty to me.

I love this polish so much – I’ve swatched it several times at Sephora, but I can’t bring myself to buy it yet, I’m hoping a drugstore brand releases a black textured polish soon!

From the photos it looks a bit like a less textured liquid sand, but I could be wrong! It’s really edgy indeed!

I saw the polish by itself at Sephora. They had black, red, and tan. I think it’s cheaper on it’s own than in the set. The skull studs are a bit much, but the polish is pretty neat.

I like the way that looks!

A black cream polish over the black Zoya pixie polish gives you the same look.

The 14 year old in me is squee-ing with delight! I haven’t seen the skulls and stuff- not showing in this post or on my phone at least- but I would have LOVED it I’m sure! As for now the texture looks intriguing, kind of like wrought iron rather than leather.

I didn’t think I’d like this but I actually really like how it turned out.

Okay I bought this a few weeks ago at Sephora on its own but when I went back a week later they were all sold out. I’m so glad I found it by its lonesome. I already did 3 mani’s back to back with it I love it so much! (I never do that!)

It does looks very similar to liquid sand but more matte? I dunno, I think when it comes to textures I really have to see them in person. :)

I love the polish, but I wouldn’t use the other stuff in the kit and I wouldn’t pay $25 for just the polish. Looks like I’m out of luck.

Well… I certainly like it better than all of the other textured shades I’ve seen thus far. But I don’t think I like it enough to spend 25 bucks on it.

Hmmm…I think I like this. It does look really cool and definitely has an edgy yumminess to it! :D

I definitely would not add skull studs to it though…that would be overkill. I’d save the studs for something else. The polish is strong enough to stand all on it’s very own…actually, that’s the way to wear it best IMHO. <3

Does it have the same feel as the Milani ones or is it more smooth to the touch? It's great to hear it has a faster dry time than many of the other texture polish options. I'm not going crazy over this trend but I'm definitely picking up a few textured pretties here and there. I'd love to find Noho sans the kit at Sephora!

Same kind of bumpy texture but it’s not as bumpy as the Milani ones.

Interesting I guess. They keep coming out with more and more unique ideas for polish. I don’t love it but eh, props for something new

JUST got this the other day to review. Looking at the quantities of the “extra” goodies in the kit, it’s not worth $25. I think it should have been around $15 and more people would have bought it- still have to do a test run though!
