Wet n Wild Sparkle ‘Til Morning Color Icon Eyeshadow Collection Swatches & Review

Wet n Wild Sparkle Til Morning

Wet n Wild Sparkle ‘Til Morning is one of those infamously hard-to-find Color Icon Eyeshadow palettes. I had actually forgotten about the limited edition holiday ones including this one because I can never seem to find them. But just when I wasn’t expecting it, I saw them at a Walgreens near me I had never been to. Success!

Sparkle ‘Til Morning is probably the best one and most wearable in my opinion. The other two are Shimmer The Night Away and Drinking A Glass Of Shine. Reviews for those coming soon!

Wet n Wild Sparkle Til Morning Swatches
Left side: Browbone, Eyelid, Crease, Definer (no primer)

The Browbone shade is a light shimmery yellow/gold.

The Eyelid shade is a metallic medium warm gold.

The Crease shade is an intense metallic copper/orange.

The Definer shade is a bright green/blue metallic.

The stand-out shades here are definitely the Crease and Definer colors. Very intense and pigmented. Obviously you don’t have to use these as they say to, you can mix and match to your hearts content.

Wet n Wild Sparkle Til Morning Swatches 2
Right side: Browbone, Eyelid, Crease, Definer (no primer)

The Browbone shade is a very pigmented metallic pink.

The Eyelid shade is a glittery/shimmery bronze/brown.

The Crease shade is a slightly shimmery warm caramel brown.

The Definer shade is a deep reddish/brown with copper glittery bits.

I was really impressed with the Definer shade one this side in particular because it’s so dark and I didn’t even use primer here.

Overall: I think this is a good palette because most of the shades are really easy to wear for most people. There is a good variety of “natural” shades and they feel soft and easy to blend. But if you want something a little more intense or vivid there is the copper and blue to mix it up with. Frequently these palettes are hard to find in good shape because the shadows tend to be so soft they crumble easily. That is the one downfall. Well that and the fact that they are SO hard to find!

Availability: Walgreens, CVS, etc. Limited edition for the holidays.

Pricing: $4.99.

What do you think about Sparkle ‘Til Morning? Will you get this one if you see it?

I bought all three of these palettes, I was excited to find them! I really like Sparkle Til Morning, but my favorite is definitely the matte one! I’m not too into the purple one.

I really like Eyelid! I have something similar from MUS.
    I don’t think I’ll get this palette though…

I really like the colors in this palette. They are a good mix of naturals and will make a pretty nude eye but then I can add a swipe of the blue for a pop of color without going overboard or looking like a Vegas showgirl. (Not that that is a bad thing, but not really work or everyday appropriate). These are a softer shadow and apply easily and blend very well. It is easy to build up the color but it fades after a couple of hours and does need a little touch up mid day to stay fresh looking. I am actually wearing this palette today for the first time. I bought it a few weeks ago, but this palette is still available in my local Walgreen’s. I saw it somewhere else too and now I can’t remember where. Maybe HEB?

I’ve been looking for these! Yesterday I checked one of my local cvs one more time – I’m pretty sure I’ve missed them. This is the one I really was looking for. And the matte one. Oh well.

I went to all the CVS’s in the Bay Area over a month ago & never found this because they were always wiped out & a few Walgreens too. I have officially given up and bought myself the Cinderella Palette instead D:

  • December 6, 2012

Ooo! Looks like another trip to CVS for me! :)

This palette would look flattering on every skin tone. I own the Wet n Wild Comfort Zone palette and looks like this will be added to my collection.

  • December 7, 2012

I decided not even to look for these and, lo and behold, randomly found all three at a CVS by work! I picked this one up.
