Revlon Sparkle Aplenty Nail Enamel Swatches & Review
I came across Revlon Sparkle Aplenty at Walgreens or CVS recently and it was quietly sitting all by itself and seemed like it needed a comfy, warm home. So even though I’m not a huge fan of glittery nail polish, it’s Christmas and all, so I should be charitable.
I think this is part of a limited edition collection but not 100% sure.
Sparkle Aplenty has a black base and features micro silver glitter, and small silver and black hex glitter. Hmmm. Not really a fan to be honest. The black base is a little thin and watery at first, but does get pretty opaque after two coats. The problem is that there is so much glitter in here it has that super chunky texture and look. You do get a lot of glitter with each swipe, so that is good. You don’t have to fish the larger pieces out. But with two coats you get a lot of glitter lying on top of other pieces. So unless you have a
butt boat-load of patience to place it, it will look a bit messy.
And that’s Sparkle Aplenty for ya.
Availability: Drug stores.
What do you think? Too chunky?
