Furless Cosmetics Purple Power Brush Set Photos & Review

Furless Cosmetics is a brand that hails from Australia. They are a cruelty-free company that not only makes cosmetics, but also some really nice synthetic vegan makeup brushes.
I had the opportunity to check out one of their brush sets called the Purple Power Makeup Brush Set. It comes in a really cute travel-ready purple zip-around case, and inside there are eight purple tipped brushes. The brush handles are a deep eggplant color. Perfect for the purple aficionado!

The three larger brushes:
- Large Powder Brush
- Foundation Brush
- Angled Contour Brush

The five smaller ones:
- Angled Fluffy Eyeshadow Blending Brush
- Fluffy Eyeshadow Brush
- Small Eyeshadow Concealer Brush
- Angled Liner Brush
- Lip Brush (this one comes with a covered tip)
These brushes feel incredibly soft and not scratchy or cheap at all. Luxe! I especially liked the Large Powder Brush as it deposits a nice amount of product onto the skin without an overload.
One of my other favorites is the Fluffy Eyeshadow Brush. This kind of brush is my go-to brush when applying shadow all over my lid and this is as nice as the MAC 239 I usually use for that. This one has slightly longer and wider “hairs”, and it’s a little more fluffy than the 239, which I actually prefer because I can get more shadow on in less time.
The other one I tried out and really like for my eyebrows was the Angled Liner Brush. It’s actually the perfect shape and size to apply something like the Makeup For Ever Aqua Brow, which I’ve been testing out.
Overall: Really great set of brushes! Not only do they look really cool, they are cruelty free and work nicely. The case is perfect for traveling with, and the price is right for what you get.
Availability: Their website and they do ship internationally.
Pricing: $53.30 (US currency).
Have you ever heard of Furless Cosmetics? What do you think about synthetic fur brushes?

Note: Furless Cosmetics is cruelty free and vegan (Leaping Bunny approved).

I really like those! I have a weakness for brush sets… Especially ones that are so cute. Plus that lip brush would be perfect as a polish clean up brush too
It is a really cute set.
I love that they’re cruelty-free and that they’re apparently of such great quality, but the price (and not to mention the “No shipping methods available to your location”) kills it for me.
As for the no shipping thing: I’m in the US at a non-military, non-PO Box and generally ‘standard’ address. Not sure what the issue is exactly, but it’s a bit frustrating to see from a site that does international business.
Hmm that is strange they did tell me they ship to the US.
Hey Brandi!
Thanks for alerting us to the problem with USA shipping! It has been fixed now

Thanks for the review! I am definitely interested in these.
These look fantastic, I love the fact that they’re purple! I like synthetic brushes if they’re really good quality.

Fur less and purple what else should I ask?
I’m Australian and I heard about Furless from an Aussie Youtube Guru (amysass7) so I ordered the Purple Power Angled Contour Brush, Angled Liner Brush, and Lip Brush (which I’ve been using for small concealing). I love how soft they are and easy to clean!
I’ve not heard of this company but they sound great. My friend would love all the purple! LOL

I love the color scheme. So pretty!
I’ve just recently started seeing reviews about this brand. So far, everything I’ve heard has been really positive. I’ve never really loved the idea of dyes on my makeup brushes, but as long as they don’t bleed color when washed, I’m OK with it. Especially for really soft synthetic brushes

Super adorable brush set! I do need to get some new brushes, my old favorites from Sigma are almost 3 yrs old I think? Still going strong but I wish they didn’t shed so much.
