BB Couture Holiday Glitters for 2012 Swatches & Review

BB Couture’s Holiday Glitters collection features four glittery, holographic shades.
Let’s jump right in shall we?

Silver Star
Silver Star is a pale silver base with silver and holographic glitter. The formula is pretty thin and almost watery, but it does build up nicely. I needed to do three thin coats to get the coverage I wanted. Very holographic!

Gold Bells
Gold Bells is a pale cool-toned gold base with gold and holographic glitter. Same formula as Silver Star, but I only needed two coats to get the coverage I wanted for this one.

Frosted Gingerbread
Frosted Gingerbread has a warm bronze/brown base and gold and holographic glitter. This one is really, really pretty. The formula is thicker and more opaque. Just a really lovely shade! This was two coats.

Under the Mistletoe
Under the Mistletoe is a bright green base with green and holographic glitter. Like Frosted Gingerbread, this one was opaque and had a good formula. Just two coats.
Availability: Overall Beauty, BB Couture.
Pricing: $40.00 for all 4 or $10.95 each.
Anything you see here that you love?

NEED THE GREEN! xoxo

The first two look like they would be nice layered over another colour or used for a glitter gradient. Overall, is BB Couture a good brand? I don’t own any but wouldn’t mind trying them.

Oh yes they are a great brand! Check out my BB Couture section in my gallery I have reviewed nearly every collection from them (and even created a collection with them a couple years ago).
Thanks, I will do that!

I love Under The Mistletoe! I haven’t been too impressed with BB Couture’s collections lately.

Man I feel like the NAMES of these polishes made them more unique than they really are. Like Frosted Gingerbread, pretty generic brown but the holo is interesting, I think I like it more just because of the name haha

I hadn’t heard of this company until now but the colors look pretty and most importantly, I’m so glad to learn of another cruelty-free brand!

I don’t have any BB Couture polishes, but I freaking love this collection! I like all of these, but especially Frosted Gingerbread and Under The Mistletoe. It’s really tempting to go and buy them all.
