MAC Office Hours for Fall 2012 Swatches & Review
MAC Office Hours is a collection all about making sure your makeup stays up to the task while you toil away the long hours at your desk.
This collection includes eight Pro Longwear Lipglasses, nine Pro Longwear Eye Shadows and eight Pro Longwear Blushes. Did you know that Pro Longwear Blushes contain SPF 10 and foundation & concealer? They supposedly last for 8 hours. I have yet to test that however.

More Amour, Stay By Me, Blush All Day
More Amour is a medium reddish/pink shadow. This had just ok pigmentation. I’m really not sure how I would wear this shade, it’s a bit intimidating and doesn’t necessarily scream “office” to me!
Stay By Me is a pale peach shade. It’s extremely light even on my fair skin. A bit chalky.
Blush All Day is a medium rose shade. Slightly better pigmentation and it showed up on my skin better. Still a bit chalky though.
Persistent Peach, Forever Rose
Persistent Peach is a light peach creme. I love how thick these Lipglasses are. You get great pigmentation and they do last a good amount of time. Persistent Peach is a very flattering shade.
Forever Rose is a medium rosy pink creme. It looks a little more red in this photo than in real life. Very shiny, but a little more trying to get the color completely even on my lips.

not trying to be mean but what kind of office are they aiming for? Those first to blushes are tooooo pale and chalky and the other one is sooo reddish ,dunno they are kind of Silent Hill thing. Even Im not a gloss fan, those colors look really nice.
Yeah that eye shadow is something I’m not sure I could pull off, office or not!

I’ve read some disappointing things about the pigmentation of the blushes and the eye shadows in this collection. The glosses look pretty, though!

Yes the glosses seem to be the best thing for sure.
I’m not sure that longevity really seduces me… I loves to have lipstick and powder in my bag !!!
I won’t be getting anything from this collection, but I must say that the lip colours look wonderful on you, Kelly!

Yeah these swatches confirm my doubt. Its too bad I actually really like the color of More Amor, but the pigmentation seems to suck. I think I’ll just get Sugarpill’s Love+ instead.

Think I’ll pass although Forever Rose looks pretty.
I think I might be one of the few that likes pretty much everything from this collection, minus some of the eyeshadows, which look way too chalky. I love the pink shades of the lipglasses too so I think I may have to pick some of those up.

Prolong wear lipgloss and lipsticks are much longer wearing than lipglass. But skipping the blush. Don’t wanna cheat on my love affair with Mac mineralize blushes!!!
I was lowkey hoping there would be liners, with something that resembles a pen cap, lol but thats just me. Forever Rose is so pretty.
I don’t know, this collection just doesn’t do it for me. I think the ads are adorable, but I’m not tempted by the products.

I must admit the only Pro Longwear product I’m using is foundation…it’s been love at first sight (and brush stroke!).
It fits perfectly with my skin type and it really is longlasting. From 7AM till 7PM without any failure. I hope the other products of this line to be the same!!
