Prestige Vanity Flair Eyeshadow Kit Swatches, Photos & Review

Prestige Vanity Flair Eyeshadow Kit

Prestige Cosmetics has an adorable eyeshadow palette out now in stores called the Vanity Flair Eyeshadow Kit. Inside the girly looking “closet” are nine eyeshadows, a mirror and dual-ended sponge applicator.

The “closet doors” are held shut with a magnet and when you open them, you still see the really cute design inside.

Prestige Vanity Flair Eyeshadow Kit Swatches
Chick Flick, Girls Night, String of Pearls, Show-Off, Bauble Blues (over primer)

Chick Flick is a medium purple metallic.

Girls Night is a light candy-colored pink with tiny gold glitter pieces.

String of Pearls is a pale yellow/gold metallic.

Show-Off is a deep grey/taupe shimmer.

Bauble Blues is a light blue metallic.

Prestige Vanity Flair Eyeshadow Kit Swatches 2
Taupe Notch, Knockout, Cocktail Ring, Shopping Spree (over primer)

Taupe Notch is a medium brown taupe matte.

Knockout is a copper/orange shimmer.

Cocktail Ring is a light bronze/gold metallic.

Shopping Spree is a pale greyish/green with tiny gold glitter pieces.

Overall: This is my first experience with Prestige eyeshadows and I was fairly pleased with the texture and payoff of these. They felt soft and easy to blend, and most of them gave me pretty decent payoff over a primer. The eyeshadows are pretty small though, and most of them are shimmery/metallic, so maybe a couple more mattes would have been nice to mix it up more.

Availability: Drugstores, Ulta.

Pricing: $15.00 for 0.28 oz for entire palette.

Have you tried anything from Prestige Cosmetics? What do you think about this kit?

Note: Prestige Cosmetics is cruelty free.

Is it bad that I want it just for the packaging?

The packaging is so cute! I think I’m sold on it just based on that. Going to check it out next time I’m at Ulta.

This is so cute! I’d totally buy if it wasn’t for the glitter.

I’ve never tried this brand, but this is so cute! And not too expensive, a good mix!

I’m so glad you reviewed this! I’ve been seeing it around for a while, and I was so curious. The colors are a little too pastel for me (and the packaging too bulky – not really my style), but I’m glad to finally see what’s inside!

I’m pretty much liking all the colors in the palette. They are so wearable. We don’t get this brand here. I would try to lay my hands on these in any case.

Such pretty everything! I can’t wait for an Ulta coupon because even at $14 I don’t wear shadow often enough for a full price product.

Oh wow, does this remind me of Too Faced for sure! I would most definitely purchase this, adorable packaging and love the shades.

I’m not a big fan of the colors in this one, but I’m so excited that Prestige is making palettes now and that it sounds like the quality is pretty good. Can’t wait to see some of the next ones they come out with

The packaging reminds me of Too Faced. It’s good that this brand is cruelty-free, I’m so limited w/ my choices in the drugstore level. Am ging to check this out.

While I didn’t care for the colors in this palette, I do own a few other Prestige individual eye shadows and find them to be well pigmented and long lasting.
