NARS Fall 2012 Collection Lip Swatches, Photos & Review
NARS has a few sultry new lip products out in their Fall 2012 Color Collection.
There are four lip products which include: Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil, Sheer Lipstick, Larger Than Life Lip Gloss and a Pure Matte Lipstick. All four are shades of red/brown and very appropriate for autumn.

Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil in More is a medium brown/pink shade. Nice pigmentation and excellent texture. It felt really soft and moisturizing, easy to apply. This is a shade that isn’t too dark or brown for fair ladies to pull off.
Pure Matte Lipstick in Amsterdam is a medium/deep garnet red. Nice pigmentation, a little on the dry side for my lips since it’s a matte finish. But I solve that by wearing a balm under it!
Sheer Lipstick in Autumn Leaves is a light, warm orange/caramel shade. As the name implies, it’s a sheer formula that is somewhat buildable.
Larger Than Life Lip Gloss in Rouge Tribal is a dark metallic and shimmery burgundy shade. It’s really rich and saturated and super glossy. Gorgeous shade, definitely a bit deep and vampy for my skin tone though.
Overall: All four of these shades scream fall to me for sure. My favorites for me and my skin tone are More and Amsterdam. If you can pull off Rouge Tribal I say go for it because it’s gorgeous!

Amsterdam looks amazing! Totally screams fall to me. I’m going to have to venture out and try this color. Hopefully it looks good on my skin tone.
Love these colors, I won’t be picking any up, but they are nice fall colors. I pretty much wear the same lip shades year round, a bit brighter for the summer but yeah. How about yourself?

ALL the colors are gorgeous, and make me want to jump into a pile of dried leaves.
I haven’t had much luck with NARS lipsticks’ staying power on me, however.
I need More and Tribal Rouge in my life as soon as possible!
