Did you know that Merle Norman, established in 1931, is still around and now better than ever?

I’ve got memories of Merle Norman. In fact I think maybe my very first makeup memory is of this brand. My grandma had a tub of Merle Norman powder in her bathroom when I was a kid, and I remember always looking at it and smelling it. Wondering what it did. Eventually she gave it to me and I had it all the way through being a teen. I never really used it, it just sat on my desk. I like the way it looked.

TGIF!

I trust your week went well? It’s been gorgeous weather here in the Bay Area, and I have been enjoying it immensely. I am SO ready for summer!

Reading anything fun? I am STILL reading Stephen King The Dome. I love it, but got distracted for a second by another book, then went back to it. I am about 3/4 of the way done now. One of his best in awhile I think.
