Illamasqua Naked Strangers Nail Varnish Swatches and Review
The Illamasqua Naked Strangers collection this summer includes three new nail varnishes. The collection features an array of gold, nude and coppery tones. Alongside the three varnishes it also includes two lipglosses and two blushers.
The three varnishes include Monogamous (matte creamy flesh pink), Swinger (gold foil) and Faithful (coppery brown).
Swinger, Faithful
Swinger
Swinger is cool-toned gold foil. As I would call it, a C3PO gold. 
I loooooove me some pale gold foils, and this one is great. It’s very creamy and has a nice consistency. It covers completely in two coats with nary a streak in sight.
Faithful
Faithful is a coppery/brown shimmer. Very unique and interesting shade! It’s warm and has a really nice golden glow about it. I really like it. Kind of caramel-y also. I have nothing like this one at all. This was a little more sheer so I used three thin coats.
Overall: I really like both of these shades, but if I am going for just one, it’s gotta be Faithful because it’s really unique.

Eh, these are okay. I think I would love them if it was fall and not summer! I’m really into bright colors and neons at the moment, so these are looking a bit dull to me.

I’m super, super picky about golds and this one isn’t hitting it out of the park for me. “Faithful” looks gorgeous- but would be horrible on my skintone. Interesting choices for their line, however!

Wow, Faithful is a nice surprise! Great color! Swinger is nice, but it reminds me of something I have…maybe Chanel Kaledioscope.
Swinger reminds me of OPI’s Designer, de Better! from the Muppets collection, although a bit more gold.
