A Look Back: Vampy Varnish Fav’s Featuring: Purple

Good afternoon!
I thought it might be good to get back to my “Top 5″ posts that I started in December. I have already covered red, green, gold and silver. However when it came to purples, I had a VERY HARD time narrowing it down to just 5! There was just no way I could do it. I did it with greens only because I am going to do a whole separate “olive green” post. So this wound up being a top 10 list, which might happen with some other colors coming up also. 
This isn’t going to be a full review, I have already reviewed all these in the past.
So without further ado, here are my top 10 favorite purples in no specific order.
NARS Purple Rain
I mean this is obvious why it’s on here, isn’t it?
Rescue Beauty Lounge Scrangie
This color is just beyond! When I wore it for the first time I was CONSTANTLY staring at my hands.
Illamasqua Baptiste
Another gorgeous deep “glowy” purple.
Sally Hansen Purple Pizzazz
SO awesome, especially for a drug store find!
Dior Silver Purple
Ok so this might not look technically “purple” but it’s not really silver either. It’s a cross between the two and very unique, so I had to include it.
Rimmel Violet Metal
This also is a new drug store find and I really love it.
Nfu-Oh 117
Glorious color, horrible old picture. Some day I need to re-swatch all these Nfu-Oh’s I have!
LA Girl Groupie
This borders on being a blurple (I will have a blurple top 5 category) but I wanted to include it on here.
Zoya Yasmeen
An oldie but a goodie and another horrible old picture, but you get the idea of the color!
Milani Enchantment
This was from their Halloween collection of glitters and it’s basically a black but packed with purple glitter, so I included it.

I love NARS Purple Rain and RBL’s Scrangie and purhcased them both because of this post hehe (the first time).
Also I let my sister borrow Purple Rain to wear one day and she got tons of compliments on it
Nars purple rain looks spectacular. I love Revlon Plum Attraction, Orly Gorgeous, and my new favorite pastel purple is Julep Renee. Renee is like spring on my nails.

I’m so excited that I actually have some of these!! I love purple polish. I wish wish wish I had that Dior one though. That’s a stunner.

A few of my favorite purples are: SH Delphinium, Zoya Zara, Revlon Naughty and OPI Do You Lilac It? I really love this series by the way!
I’m surprised there are no cremes (although shimmery purples are my faves too) or pale purples, like a lilac or lavender type color. I’d have a hard time narrowing my purple favorites down to 10. I guess I’d do a top 20 or 25! lol
NARS Purple Rain is incredible! Love it. You’ve also convinced me to pick up Illamasqua Baptiste the next time I get the chance.

Purple polishes were my first love.
Then I fell madly in lust with green polishes. But sometimes even now, I’ll come across a purple that rekindles my purple love.

The NARS Purple Rain is like, stupid gorgeous. I have never bought a NARS color before, but I think I must have it.
Purple is my fave color! Right now I’m wearing Zoya Dannii which I love. It’s hard to choose a favorite purple.
