A Look Back: Vampy Varnish Fav’s Featuring: Green

Morning ya’ll!
Wow was this hard! Figuring out my top 5 greens was basically a ridiculous feat. First I went through all of them, and after writing down about 15, I realized I needed separate green categories. The ones I am showing today are more “classic” greens like Emerald, etc. I will publish a totally different olive/khaki green category post at a later date. There are quite simply SO many I love!
Here they are in no particular order!
Deborah Lippmann Don’t Tell Mama
I almost forgot this one!!! I came up with my top 5 and had them all ready to insert into the post when I felt like something was off. Then I remembered this one, which is THA BOMB! It’s dark, vampy and deep jade green. Love it!
Diamond Cosmetics Never So Ever-Green
Oh yes, this had to make it on the list. While it might not seem like your average green, it’s so pretty. It’s shimmery, mossy, golden and very flattering.
BB Couture Grenade
Yup, another one of my fav greens. BB makes quite a few fabulous greens, and I had a hard time choosing which one would make this list. But then I looked at my swatches and how this one glows, and decided this was definitely it.
Rescue Beauty Lounge Orbis Non Sufficit
I absolutely love this color. It’s the perfect muted, dusty army green. There is nothing else like it and the only creme on the list.
China Glaze Emerald Sparkle
And now for the “obvious” choice. Can’t help it though, it’s soooooooooooo green and glittery, and just perfect for the holidays. In fact, this is what I was wearing last Christmas.

My favorite is China Glaze because I love shiny polishes. BB Grenade is also very pretty.

China Glaze’s Glittering Garland is a pretty green. I just used Zoya’s Gemma on my toes, it’s an interesting murky green with a blue pink shift.

I like your China Glaze Emerald Sparkle. I’m also a big fan of of Sinful Colors Mint Apple and Revlon Minted (even though Minted’s application can be difficult).

I really love the look of China Glaze Emerald Sparkle but can’t find it anywhere and it’s even harder to find because I don’t live in the US. But I did get a colour which is probably as close to that one as I can find – Leighton Denny Emerald City. And I also like OPI Green-wich Village. Cuurrently looking for a good mint green. I’m really fussy.
Revlon Minted is my long standing favorite green, although Spoiled by Wet n Wild I Only Eat Salads looks promising.
