Wet n Wild MegaSlicks Lip Gloss for Spring 2012 Swatches & Review

Wet n Wild has added five new shades to their MegaSlicks Lip Gloss line.
These glosses are mostly fairly sheer, but super shiny, and most have some shimmer. Inside these tubes you’ll find vitamins A and E as well as joboba oil for moisture.
The new colors include: In a Tutu, Panning for Gold, Seedless Watermelon, Mauve-jave Desert and Rasp-berry Voice.

In a Tutu, Mauve-jave Desert, Seedless Watermelon, Panning for Gold, Rasp-berry Voice
In a Tutu is a very pale pink with pink shimmer.
Mauve-jave Desert is a pale pink/mauve with pink/gold shimmer.
Seedless Watermelon is a sheer watermelon red with no shimmer.
Panning for Gold is a pale gold with copper shimmer.
Rasp-berry Voice is a vivid shimmery raspberry red. This is obviously the only one with major color impact.
Availability: CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens.
Pricing: $1.99.
Have you tried MegaSlicks yet? Have you seen any of the new Wet n Wild items at stores near you yet?

Rasp-berry Voice looks the most interesting! Very opaque and vibrant!

The last one is definitely the most interesting- the rest are so sheer. And I can’t bring myself to type out the names. So corny!

I feel like you didn’t swatch these on your lips because we’d never be able to see the difference between them. These are completely disappointing glosses.
Hi TeenaFab,
I didn’t lip swatch these because they’re too sheer to really show up. I think from the hand swatches you can tell the differences are very small between them all.
Those are disappointing. Too sheer & light.
Not my favorite gloss, but the colors are pretty.

I think these might actually work with a similarly colored lipstick base. And yes the names are a little silly, but there are worse I’m sure.
I haven’t seen these yet but I’m definitely going to be on the lookout for the last one; it’s so pretty and saturated! I bet it looks great on you!
These seem perfect to add a little glitz to creme lipsticks! I like the Mauve one obviously the raspberry one it pretty cool.
