Flowered Vase

A little hand-painted flowered vase I have sitting in my kitchen window-box. Oh yeah and that lens flare is courtesy of Photoshop.

Just in time for the warmer months, Wet n Wild brings us a new shade of their Ultimate Minerals Bronzer: Ginger Glow.
This is a mineral-based bronzer that is build-able and light. It contains shimmery bits (not glitter) in it that give you a really nice sheen.
Great payoff and a really nice container, if I do say so myself.

First thing is the main outer lid. The lid has a little “stopper” of sorts in it so when you screw it back onto the jar, you feel it lock into place. When you do take it off you see what at first looks like one of those stickers to remove so you can get the product out through the holes. But actually you don’t remove that. You open that plastic inner lid.

I’m excited today to be reviewing a company that isn’t new, but is new to me. Badger Balm!
Badger Balm has been around since the mid 1990′s and have been using Certified Organic ingredients for many years. They are USDA Organic Certified and don’t use any pesticides, synthetic chemicals, growth hormones or GMO’s. Over 90% of their products are 99-100% USDA Certified Organic. Oh and of course, they’re cruelty-free as well.
Now let’s discuss their “mascot” of sorts. I don’t know a lot about badgers but have heard they can be mean. Is it wrong that now I want one as a pet? Ha, I would never have a wild animal as a pet, just a fantasy. But I would rather have one like this fellow…

All sweet and innocent looking…

Than this demon! Yikes.

Happy end of the week!
The above photos were taken by me using various iPhone apps, then stitched together using the PicFrame app. Upper left is a “new” old Royal typewriter I paid way too much for on eBay for my office reno. Bottom left are my legs and shoes (wow fancy) and on the right is a structure near my work called the Wind Chime because it’s super windy here and supposedly it makes noise when the wind blows through it.

New from Wet n Wild this spring are two new shade of their MegaLiner Liquid Eye Liners.
The new shades are Black Sparkle and Indigo Blue.
They come in a container with a long wand inside. The applicator is a soft flexible brush that makes them very easy to use.
