MAC Naturally Collection for Winter 2011 Swatches, Photos & Review

New from MAC is the MAC, Naturally collection for winter 2011.
This collection is comprised of 21 pieces ranging from Mineralize Skinfinishes, Blushes and Eye Shadows to Eye Pencils, Lipsticks and Lipglasses.
The idea behind this collection is a naturally “undone” look. In other words, no bright or crazy colors. They are all shades in the nude, brown, peach, pink families. Very earthy and easy to wear.

As you can see, all these colors are really natural looking ones and really gorgeous in my eyes.
Mineralize Blush in Early Morning does look a little intimidating in the pan, I admit. It’s a VERY strong peachy orange color and very pigmented. I would need a super light touch to use this one on my fair skin, but I think it could be managed. I haven’t seen them in person but Subtle Breeze (blue pink) or Fresh Honey (warm apricot) might be the lighter and better choices for those with pale skin from this collection.
Mineralize Skinfinish in Blonde and Redhead are both super pretty. Blonde is a rose pink color and very pigmented. Redhead is a gold/pale pink color. Both of these have very soft textures.
Mineralize Eye Shadow in In The Sun is a coppery gold color on the skin, yet gold and violet in the pan. Pigmented and pretty. Twilight Falls is a cool toned deep brown with bronze in the pan and comes out as a chocolatey brown on the skin. It’s not as pigmented as In The Sun, at least not dry.

Mineralize Eye Shadow In The Sun, Twilight Falls (wet)
When used wet they both are very vibrant and pigmented. Pretty!
Availability: MAC stores and online.
Pricing: $14.00-$28.00.

I tested all the eyeshadows at Nordies yesterday and was amazed at how beautiful they were. Got both that you have here as well as the duo fiber crease brush, which is fantastic. Love!
I’ll for sure check Twilight Falls out when this collection makes its way to Belgium!

We Germans have to wait until February … So it’s very helpful that the things are available in other countries. What I want to get for sure: MSF Redhead. What I maybe want to get: Early Morning and 2 or 3 MES – depends on how they’ll act on my skin at the counter.
Thank you so much for sharing these pics and swatches.
