Zoya Neeka vs. BB Couture Michael vs. Rescue Beauty Lounge Catherine H.
I took these pictures way back in the beginning of summer and am just now getting to this post!
This was a reader request of a few colors for a vs. post. Today we are pitting Zoya Neeka, BB Couture Michael and Rescue Beauty Lounge Catherine H. against each other.
RBL Catherine H. is kind of the oddball here since it’s obviously pretty different from the other two but I included it anyway.

All three of these are what you could consider to be dusty purples. Well sort of. Catherine H., is more of a blue.
Neeka is a dusty medium royal purple with gold, purple and pink shimmer. The gold is the largest and most obvious shimmer in this polish.
Michael is a slightly darker purple base with blue, pink, silver and gold shimmer. While there is gold in this it’s really subtle and definitely not as noticeable as Neeka.
Catherine H. is a muted dusty blue with very heavy purple, pink, gold and green shimmer. Gorgeous color, but clearly nothing like the other two so let’s just skip down to those ones.

Michael is a darker purple than Neeka is and has less of a muted look to it. It looks like the purple base is more clear if that makes sense. As mentioned earlier, the gold shimmer in Neeka really stands out and makes it different from Michael. Larger shimmer particles.
Both of these cover great in just two coats.

The Verdict:
None of these are what I would consider to be dupes. Michael and Neeka are somewhat similar so if you aren’t picky about purples, then you may not want both.
The Winner:
For me Neeka is the winner. I love purple and gold together, but I also love Michael!

Whoever requested this, probably wanted a comparison to RBL Catherine, not Catherine H., since that’s also a dusty purple like Neeka and Michael.
Agreed… Catherine H doesn’t seem to fit in this comparison, but Catherine (the purple) would.

I have both, and they’re not quite dupes. Neeka and Catherine are very similar but Catherine doesn’t have the gold shimmer flecks and the base color is a touch darker and leans a tad more… brown? Difficult to say. I love them both equally.

I agree with your pick – Neeka is the winner for me. Although all of them really appeal to me, if I had to choose just one, Neeka is it because of the gold.

Neeka is my favourite, but Catherine H is gorgeous! I agree, Neeka and Michael aren’t similar enough to be considered dupes.

I have both Neeka and Michael and I prefer the latter. There’s a Nails Inc called Clifford Street which is similar/in between. Worth checking it out

I agree, Neeka is the winner for me here. It’s just the right shade of dusty purple with those pretty flecks. If Michael wasn’t darker and leaned more purple than blue, it would’ve been a close second.

All three are forgeous. My favorite is Michael. I love BB Couture polishes. Neeka is pretty similar if you aren’t a polish nut!
