Three Looks from Sammy

This is the vacant somewhat innocent stare that it starts out with.

Then we get the seductive steely stare looking slightly upwards. Note the one ear cocked slightly to the side.

And finally both ears go back and we get the defiant pissed off look that says “I DARE you to take another photo of me!”.

Aww he’s just like “really bitch, really?!?” haha so cute!

Haha cute! My cat does this too
He’s not called King Sammy for nothing. Gotta love the attitude!

Awwww, but what a cutie!
The last pic is what i call the “I kill you now” expression. I have a calico cat who has quite the attitude.
We call it the same thing!
Oh my, be glad you live on the other side of the pond otherwise I would have catnapped Sammy, and coming from a cat allergic person, that says a lot

You captured his emotions perfectly. Tell him no matter what his attitude is, he’s still a handsome creature.

Awwww he’s a beauty<3…with an attitude…LOL. He look's like a Maine Coone. We had one, but finally had to put him to sleep last year. We weren't going to get another one, but one day the hubby called from work & said we're getting another cat today. A girl at work was moving & couldn't take her, so we took her. She's a little black cat & talk about an attitude! I'm so glad now that we went ahead & took her. And now we have her so spoiled rotten, it's not even funny…LOL. And cat's are so much easier to take care of, compared to the dog's & horses I used to have for sure.
Hi Pamela,
Yep, he’s a Maine Coon
Did he bite you after the third photo?
Or go and barf up a hairball in your shoe?
Hi MissDoll,
No, but I’ll bet he wanted to!
Love it! He is so beautiful. I love that cats are so expressive and can let you know exactly how they are feeling ( and definitely aren’t afraid to show it either).
I’m more of a dog person than a cat person; but, I do love the Sammy pics you post. They are so cute. It’s obvious he’s as loved as my own rotten fur ball : )
haha that’s funny – somehow I knew the last pic was going to be like that. How old is Sammy? And wow an orange n white Maine Coone – I’ve never seen them in that color b4, though now I know how he has those features and the way his fur is! My friend has a really big one – or maybe he’s a Norwegian Forest Cat – I tend to get those 2 mixed up for some reason. I have 3 cats also – a Siamese (Faggypants/Squirrelmaster), a Domestic Shorthair (The Bitz), and a Russian Blue (Booby/Booboo/Boobookinz) and I’ve got a Rat Terrier dog (Stupid/Diggy Dog). My Boobookinz gets the funniest looks too – like when he’s irritated or knows he’s in trouble – he get’s like this total uni-brow look and scrunches up his nose! I’ll have to put up pictures of all of them.
Hi studiodummies,
Sammy is now 6 1/2-7. And yep a Maine Coon!
I love Norwegian Forest Cats, so pretty but they are very similar to Maine Coon’s and I can’t really tell the difference either.
I saw this post only today.´Theses pictures are awsome, because you really got Sammy´s fellings, his eyes are sooo expressives! Have a Maine Coon is the dream of my life… I saw a woman at a mall here in Brazil with one on her arms, and he was so calm, enjoying the ride and all the attention he was getting. I got insane! Is Sammy like this? Can you carry him around like a baby? He´s really gorgeous, and it´s so nice to see how much you love your “baby” cats!!
Hi Priscilla,
Sammy actually hates to be picked up unless you are sitting down. He hates being out of the house also (except the backyard) so there is no way I could ever carry him around like that, haha! He is super duper snugly though
