Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner & Brow Color for Fall 2011 Swatches & Review
Stila has some new shades of their Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Liners and also now two shades of the Stay All Day Waterproof Brow Colors.
First let’s talk about the liners.
These liners are waterproof, glide on super easily, and don’t smudge, skip or run. One of the best things about them though is that you can use just the tip for a super thin line, or flatten it out a bit for a fatter line.
They come in five shades including Moss (new), Alloy (new), Dark Brown, Black and Indigo.
As you can see I was able to draw a super thin line and a fatter one just by how I wield the felt tip-like applicator. Please don’t mind the bleeding, I had an oily substance on my hand under these which caused some bleeding of the product. Normally this doesn’t happen and over a primer it definitely doesn’t happen.
Moss is a pretty dark green once it’s actually on, but you can tell it’s green.
Alloy is a nice concrete grey color.
The Stay All Day Waterproof Brow Colors comes in both Light and Medium shades and the same pen-like style applicator.
Because this is so thin you can easily create small wispy hair-like lines in your brows and have the overall effect look fairly natural.
Light is a light taupe color and really a good one for those with lighter brown brows like mine.
Me wearing Light
As you can see the shade works pretty well with my coloring and doesn’t look too harsh or drawn-in.
I really like these products and they do live up to what they claim in the waterproof department! They are super easy to use if you aren’t used to liquid liners because the tips are so soft and pliable. Remember though they are waterproof so they aren’t as easy to remove mistakes as a non-waterproof pen is.
Availability: Stila’s website, Sephora, Macy’s.
Pricing: Eye Liners are $20.00 and Brow Colors are $21.00.
