Sonia Kashuk Nail Colour for Fall 2011 Swatches & Review
Sonia Kashuk Nail Colour for fall 2011 is being offered at Target and comes in four new colors, all created to pair up with the darker colors of autumn.
Sugar Rush (sheer pink), Mauving On Up (dusty mauve), Chocoholic (rich brown) and Blank Slate (blue-grey).
Chocoholic
Chocoholic is a crazy dark, rich, shiny, deep chocolate cream. Wow. This color truly does remind me of wet melted chocolate, and it’s utterly gorgeous in my eyes. It’s just the perfect tone of brown and the perfect darkness. Not so dark that you ever think it’s black. It’s definitely brown. And so shiny! No top coat here. This applied really nicely and perfectly opaque in just two coats.
Sugar Rush
Sugar Rush is an uber-sheer pink. This is a “my nails but better” kind of color on me. It’s just the slightest hint of pink, but makes nails look really super shiny, clean and healthy. Not really my style but kinda pretty if you like sheer. This was two coats.

I love the Chocoholic. I am going to have to get that one. It totally looks like melted chocolate! Don’t really like the sheer one, I hate when you can see my nail through the polish, but it is shiny.
I am all over Chocoholic. Do I think I’ll save on calories if I keeping buying chocolate brown polishes? LOL. I have such an obsession!

I really like them both. I can never resist a good non-streaky sheer pink and chocolate brown is very underrepresented in my stash. Unfortunately, the beauty section at my target is… disgusting. There’s no other word for it. Especially the polish displays. They are always ransacked, mostly empty and COVERED in nail polish from people trying to swatch on the display case. So, I doubt I’ll be able to get my hands on these, even if my Target does stock them

The polish colours do nothing for me, which is a good thing because I can’t get that brand here in Canada.
That photo of the chocolate cake, however, YUMMMMM! I’d have two slices of that yummy goodness!

Loving both of them! The pink is perfect for a French and the Chocoholic is amazing! Have you swatched the khaki green one yet? That is the one I keep looking at. Want that cake!
