Estee Lauder Surreal Skies Pure Color Eyeshadow Palette for Fall 2011 Swatches, Photos & Review
Estee Lauder Pure Color Eyeshadow Palettes are a new addition to their lineup and come in eight color combinations.
Inside each sophisticated looking gold palette is five color coordinated shadows along with two different shadow/brush applicators and a giant mirror.
Surreal Skies is a palette of neutral browns and nudes. They don’t have individual color names but from left to right (and clockwise inwards in the palette) here’s what we have.
Pale shimmery warm peach
Barely detectable shimmery taupe
Medium coppery cranberry shimmer
Pale shimmery vanilla/nude
Cool chocolate brown matte
While the colors felt soft, they didn’t have enough color impact for me, and the brown wasn’t as even as I would hope for. I think it’s a good palette for those looking for a very subtle work look or something conservative. The Emerald Oasis one looks amazing though (greens, of course).
