I’m reading A LOT about democracy, actually I’m dealing with 6-7 books (and this is the first set, more will come!) at the same time regarding the matter and I’m going nuts searching through them, but it’s worth it, I wanted to study about this since months ago and I couldn’t because of university, had other things to read so I’m pretty excited about it

I just finished a scavenger hunt where I had to be frisked by a police officer, I am going to go to a cute garden party, and I am planning a trip to the east coast with my family!! My last good meal was a grilled salmon fillet on top of some steamed and grilled vegetables. Delicious!!!

I’m 75% through the first book to ever make me openly cry and that is “Rooftops of Tehran” by Mahbod Seraji. I cannot get over how incredibly poignant this book is as I have been completely absorbed by it.
I am so stoked to see how far WnW has come from when I used to buy it at the 5 and 10. (OMG, that makes me sound like I’m in my 70s.) Last night I watched True Blood on DVD and wanted to smack Jason Stackhouse upside the head… he is so DENSE.
Isnt ha always tho? (the hotness just lets him get away with it). And really now that Eric is all innocent and dopey I just cant take the stupid quotient. But, yet again, the hotness buys alot of leeway HAHAHHHAHAH

this weekend there is a mass interview at a local haunted house. i wanted to be a makeup artist for them but they ask for a portfolio and maybe a demonstration. i wanted to join to learn how to be better at it. so im probably not going to go. but thats whats going on over here.

I went to Longhorn Steakhouse last night for the first time. I had their Strawberry Pecan Salad with strawberries, grapes, oranges, and feta – it was delicious! I had it as a side with my shrimp and it was HUGE! I could have eaten just the salad as my meal.

Well, I just finished Lullaby by Chuck Palahniuk for the millionth time, I adore that book, and Invisible Monsters as well. They’re both awesome! This weekend I’m going to an all day concert, which I’ve been looking forward to for months now. It’s going to be a blast, but it’ll definitely be hot! I’ve been every year for the past four years, making this my fifth! So fun!

I just finished up with school for the summer, so I’m gonna stay at home tomorrow, relax and do whatever I want. Dance and sing around the house, have a My So Called life marathon, play with my nail polish, and anything else I can think of.

Tonight I’m going to see an ice hockey match between Toronto and Montreal – in Australia! We’ve never had ice hockey here before. It’s going to be awesome.
I just made my first nail polish using LA colors eyeshadow, a topcoat and some glitter. All the products were from the dollar tree. Making polish is fun!

Great giveaway! I haven’t read a very good book lately. I don’t know why I’m not choosing better books. I’ve been reading the Undead series by Mary Janice Davidson. I’m halfway through Undead and Undermined. It was confusing at first. Now it’s just sort of not great. I wish the series would just end. I don’t know why I’m even finishing it. I just have hopes it will get better.

Had fantastic fresh bruschetta and a strawberry salad today. And I’m hungry for a midnight snack..
Last great meal- commuted into dc and after doing the holocaust museum I needed cheerin up so I ate my feelings at a local Potbelly with their amazing Italian sammy and a cream soda. And then I followed my hungry feelings across the street to some fat free red velvet yogurt topped with fudge and graham crackers. Go big or go home! lol. This weekend was really hectic! Dentist check up, eyebrow waxing appointment, product photos that needed taking and ‘shopping not to mention lots of housework! We did manage to get out to our favourite Thai restaurant with friends for my birthday though. We only go once a year (it’s pretty expensive) but I look forward to it for weeks, and it really didn’t disappoint.
Its only Monday…ready for the weekend already. Might go see the Smurfs movie

I just finished reading Just Kids by Patti Smith. It was wonderful!
I had spaghetti carbonara that I made myself. It was delicious and (if I may be so immodest) I did a great job making sure the eggs weren’t scrambled. I just finished reading Jim Butcher’s latest, Ghost Story. It was very good.
I wouldn’t have thought to try Wet N Wild without your swatches. They were lower quality when I was growing up and I had a little prejudice to get over. Thanks for the giveaway.
