Summer means smoothies and reading on the porch!
Today I have no makeup at all on, I have a completely bare face but lovely new manicured nails, done with Mavala “Nice”, a really summery red-orange.

Oh my goodness girl, the only thing that has been on my mind is HOCKEY! My team, the Vancouver Canucks, are TWO. FREAKING. WINS away from winning the Stanley Cup. I am a huge Canucks fan – ever since I can remember! — and this is so special for me and all the Canuck fans out there – and plus, we’re representing Canada! We’re going to bring Lord Stanley’s cup back to home!!!. AHHHHHH I just cannot get over it – everytime i think about it, i just break into a huge smile and a squeal!!! Sigh, I just can’t believe it. I am so happy! I wish you could feel my happiness through the computer screen! .. this a long message but only because I can just go on and on and on about this feeling and my Canucks! I am just on a high.
I just found out today that I caught a mole and went to the dermatologist just in time! It was pre melanoma UGH! So I would love this bronzer since I’ll probably be sufficiently scraed to go in the sun this summer! xoxo
So curious about Illamasqua! I’ve been reading about them for a couple of months and have some things on a wish list, just haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Maybe now that all the summer collections have launched I’ll have a few extra dollars to try it out!

My favorite thing to do in the summer is to sit on the beach and eat those icecream bars that vendors sell- you know the strawberry shortcake popsicle or the chocolate taco. It reminds me of when I was a little kid, and is one of my favorite traditions- plus, who doesnt love icecream?
the rainy season has already started here, but i still long for the sun, sand, and the beach. it’s the best thing during summer, all decked out in bright bikinis and lounging by the seashore!

One of my favorite summertime activities is planting flowers and tending to them, Watering them and pulling of the wilted flowers so new ones can bloom. I actually just planted all my flowers today and am loving my little patio paradise

Today I used Fresh Sugar Honey lip treatment on my lips. The Fresh tints are one of my summer must haves because they are gorgeous on their own and can be used under lipstick or gloss for different looks. Best of all, it keeps my lips so soft!! If you haven’t tried them you are missing out!
