Pixi Lumi Lux Radiance Powder is new for spring 2011, and in such cute packaging!
Lumi Lux is an illuminating powder which can be used on the face and decolletage to help brighten up and make your skin radiate.
It comes in a slide-out container, which I really like. The powder itself is a really nice design, with flowers and petals in rose, gold and light pink and a background of shimmery peach.

Revlon has a new shade of nail enamel out for summer and it’s called Black With Envy.
I already know what my next “vs.” post will be because I think a lot of you will want to see this pitted against Chanel Black Pearl. Right?

Smashbox is a brand I am just becoming more and more familiar with as I branch out into all areas of beauty. I am thinking, why did it take me so long to try them out? Who knows!
Their Limitless Long Wear Lip Glosses SPF 15 are a nice starting point for those new to this brand. These glosses come in ten colors (with 4 new ones) and claim to wear for up to 6 hours.
They are definitely very shiny and I love the fact that they have SPF in them. In fact I would go as far as to say ALL lip products should have SPF 15 minimum in them because people often forget to protect their lips!
These come with a doe-foot shaped applicator and the texture of these is thick, but not overly thick. They feel a little bit tacky on my lips, but nothing compared to MAC Lipglass. They feel quite good actually and cover really well. There is no scent to them that I detected at all, which can be a good thing as well.
