Just a quickie post to let you know the site is back up and running super duper fast.
I was switching hosts from GoDaddy, who has given me nothing but trouble for the last year (the nail in the coffin for me leaving them was when their CEO killed an elephant, taped it and bragged about it) to Hostgator, which so far I love!

This week’s question is: If you could only keep ONE makeup brush in your collection, which brush would you cling to for dear life?
My answer: Yikes. Uhhhhh I think I have to go with MAC 239. It’s the brush I use the most and *need* it!

Inglot has not only super amazing eye shadow, gel liners and nail polish, but also some pretty cool lip glosses called AMC Lip Gloss. AMC stands for Advanced Makeup Components.
These AMC glosses come in six colors and they have an amazing opalescent/duochrome effect.
They only one I have tried out was the one that appealed to me the most from swatches I had seen online and that is #541.
This is a purple/blue/pink looking gloss, that doesn’t have much pigment, but leaves the coolest effect on the lips! It reminds me a lot of the purple color in the Trucco Angel Face palette because it has the same color changing effect and looks different depending on if you use it by itself or over another color.

So I asked you last week if you wanted to see my usual Friday poll or a themed one every week. Most people liked the themed idea, but for now I think I will change them out, so sometimes it will be themed if I have an idea and sometimes just random. That way everyone is happy (and when I am brain-dead easier on me).
This week we have a dessert theme, because really, who doesn’t like dessert? And yes, I did make that cupcake above (Madagascar vanilla with vanilla butter-cream frosting) and took the photo. 
All over the map. Started out ok, then it sucked, then it ended ok.

China Glaze Electric Pineapple with CND Teal Sparkle on top.
Cake is #1, but I like a huge variety of sugary sweets.
I love “classic” wedding cake and by that I mean white cake with vanilla butter cream filling and frosting. Red velvet is a VERY close second!

Awhile back I was picking up a prescription at Rite-Aid when lo and behold I sauntered down the makeup aisle, as I am prone to do, and saw a new brand of nail polish staring back at me called Jesse’s Girl High Intensity Nail Color. I saw some pretty nice looking colors and since the price was right ($2.99), I picked up a few.
The formula was really pretty nice with all three of these and I only used two coats for full coverage. One turned out a bit matte once dried but wow it brightens up with a top coat!
Breathless
Breathless is a bright pink fuchsia with blue shimmer. Ultra-bright, pink and amazing, I LOVE it! In case you were wondering, this is the color I Tweeted out a couple weeks ago and said I would be reviewing soon. Look how incredibly shint this is and I have no top coat on!
