Quick say this 3 times fast: Too Faced Full Bloom Ultra Flush Powder Blush. 
These blushes come in just three colors right now (Sweet Pink, Who’s Your Poppy?, Cocoa Rose) and are contained in a somewhat small compact (0.14 oz), but they pack quite the color punch!
They say that these give a “burst of sheer and luminous color” but sheer isn’t the word I would use when describing these. Pigmentation is more like it.
Again with the irresistible packaging; I almost didn’t want to recycle the box these came in because I love the colors and print so much.
Luckily the cute packaging doesn’t end with the box, it continues into the compact itself!

Sweet Pink, Who’s Your Poppy?
Sweet Pink is a bright pink with shimmer.
Who’s Your Poppy? is a peach/pink with shimmer.
Both of these colors are very pigmented, easy to blend and very flattering with fair skin. If I were to pick two blush colors that are my “go to” colors, these would be them.
I have worn Sweet Pink twice now and both days it’s lasted from 5:30 am until 12 hours later when I took it off with barely any fading. Good stuff!
There is a fair amount of shimmer in these, but the shimmer is fairly refined, so it doesn’t look like you have big pieces of glitter stuck to your cheeks. I think the shimmer is slightly more obvious in Sweet Pink than Who’s Your Poppy?
Overall:
Love them! I loved the colors on me, loved how much payoff I got and do like that they have a bit of shimmer for days when I want that “extra glow”. For the size, they are on the more expensive side but I feel I got what I paid for so I’m pleased.

I got the full bloom cheek tint in Prim and Poppy (I’m guessing it goes with Who’s Your Poppy?) but these look beautiful as well!

Ahhh Who’s Your Poppy? is beautiful! I always adore colors like that. Anything coral or peach sends me into an intense fit of need. You’re killing me, Kelly!
Who’s Your Poppy? is gorgeous… I wish I’d picked it up when Sephora had their B.I. discount. Sweet Pink is very pretty, too, but too much pink for me. I bet Cocoa Rose would be pretty with a summer tan.
Those two types of colors are my “go to”s as well! These look great, but I don’t think I need any more powder blushes for awhile. I do want a few of the Creme blushes however! You should totally buy some and swatch them, hehe!

OH! I would certainly have given those a try if I hadn’t just gone out and bought Tarte’s new Amazonian Clay blush (which coincidentally also stays on 12 hours, but has little-to-no shimmer…)
These colors look much truer and less dusky than their old blushes- way to go Too Faced! (I love their products)

Love the external packaging and love the colors! Too Faced is one of my fave brands and these two colors are essentially the only two colors of blush that I wear (pink and peach).
