Who’s watching the 83rd Academy Awards tonight? I know I am!
It is in fact the only awards show I ever watch all the way through. I love all the red carpet fashion so I plan to grab so yummy food and settle onto the couch this afternoon.
Mr. VV and I always print out the ballot and pick who we think will win. 100% of the time I have won, but you never know… 
So in honor of Oscar® day I am having a fun giveaway!

hmmmmmmmmmm…. I think it’ll be between Inception, Black Swan and Kings Speech… For some reason, I don’t think Inception will win, though I think it should. Maybe Kings Speech….

My guess is that The Kings Speech will win, but it will be a close thing with Black Swan.
I haven’t seen all the nominees, and I haven’t seen “The King’s Speech” but I have a feeling it’ll take it.
Of the one’s I’ve actually seen, I pick The Black Swan, even if I thought it was kind of weird, overall, the acting, story telling, cinematography, script, it all was put together really well.

What I think *should* win, or what I think *will* win? I think what *should* win is a toss up between Inception and Black Swan with Black Swan maybe nudging Inception out just a hair. I will write off society and Hollywood (even further) as being nothing more than shallow idiots if the social network wins….it’s a movie about facebook for pete’s sake. Facebook! I don’t care how well it’s written, acted, or whatever the damn criteria is, at the end of the day it’s about facebook……facebook…. ugh.

The King’s Speech will win best picture. Geoffrey Rush will win best actor, Natalie Portman best acrtress, Melissa Leo and Christian Bale best supporting actor, and the Coen brothers for True Grit. I love the Oscar’s!

I think the Black Swan will win. It seems to be a favorite and often times a woman will win out over the other nominees if she was in a sex scene in the movie.

i hope it wins! that movie was amazing. had me laughing, worried, and crying like a baby haha. great movie! and it didn’t boggle my mind or leave me really concentrating on what’s REALLY happening like inception or black swan. i was able to keep up and not get lost in the plot.

I really hope “The King’s Speech” wins. It was such a well done film! However, I have a feeling that “The Social Network” will win…seems as though young/hip/trendy is what the 83rd Annual Oscars is going for and the latter film fits that category.

I know that The King’s Speach won, and deservedly so. The Fighter picked up best supporting actor and actress, so I am pleased.
The Fighter took place in my home town (dont know if I should be proud of that….hahaha) so I thought it was so cool that Christian Bale won! I am so interested in the King’s Speech now after seeing it win =)

Well, I know that The King Speech won but I hoped Inception would, since that was my personal favorite.
I would have guessed Black Swan or The King’s Speech since there were plenty of hypes about those two movies. I, of course, didn’t watch the Oscars, but found out TKS won.
I had hoped black swan would win, but I haven’t seen TKS yet, so it’s not really fair of me

I didn’t have any idea which movie would win, since the only one I saw was Inception (which I liked a lot, but when you don’t know the competition it’s hard to say!). My friends are all overjoyed about The King’s Speech winning though, so I definitely want to find some time and watch it one of these days!

Like everyone, I knew the King’s Speech would in. But as far as my favorite, I loved Tangled more than any one person should.

I really liked “The Fighter”
I knew it wouldn’t win best picture, but it was a great movie and the actors did a great job.
My favorite was Toy Story 3. I’m not even ashamed to admit that I cried a little.

Inception was totally the best movie of 2010. The acting was awesome and made me become an even bigger fan of Ellen Page, and a fan again of Leonardo. The story was awesome, totally agree with Raquel above me about Christopher Nolan being a genius storyteller!

My favorite film was Salt!
My favorites were King’s Speech, Social Network, 127 Hours, and How to Train Your Dragon. I can’t pick a single one because there was always something in each one that irritated me. I’ve almost got to say that “Dragon” was my favorite, though. I’m looking forward to seeing all the nominated documentaries and shorts now.
Of the nominated Best Picture films, Black Swan was easily my favorite. But overall, Kick-Ass (which wasn’t nominated for anything) was my favorite film. I love comic adaptations!

My favorite movie of 2010 was Black Swan!!! It was so different and intriguing, not something I was expecting and refreshing to see the director making an original movie!
I sadly didn’t see many movies in 2010 but of the few I saw I really liked the 2nd iron man and of course Harry Potter!
INCEPTION LOVE THAT MOVIE…
I don’t watch many movies, especially not when they first come out. I watch them when they come to Netflix or something. (I follow wayyy too much TV to have time anyway!) But my favorite movie from 2010 was Alice in Wonderland. Saw it in theaters in 3D with my family.
