BB Couture Wild West Collection For Men Swatches & Review
BB Couture Wild West is a twelve-piece collection of amazing colors. As per the norm as of late, there are six colors “for men” and six “for women”.
If you aren’t familiar with BB Couture they have a whole line of polish in square bottles aimed towards men. There really is no difference in those and their other colors other than the bottle shape. Obviously anyone can wear anything, and they all are gorgeous!
Anyway when I hear about a western collection I get all giddy inside because China Glaze Rodeo Diva is one of my all-time favorite collections, and those were all western inspired as well.
Today I am covering the “for men” colors.
BB Couture’s formula is really quite spectacular, and these are as well. All of them were smooth and buttery and applied so nicely. The one negative is that I noticed the brushes do get flooded with color, so make sure to really wipe off any excess on the brush before applying. All of these covered perfectly in just two coats.
Rustler
Rustler is a medium chocolate brown creme. Doesn’t this look JUST like melted chocolate? It’s so flattering and shiny. I love a good brown and this is definitely nice.
Gunfighter
Gunfighter is a blue/silver with massive shimmer. This took me by surprise, in a good way. I thought it was going to be a lot more silver than blue. The blue is a really nice color, I love it!
Sundance
Sundance is a bright burnt orange shimmer. My picture is showing it a little brighter than it really is. It’s actually slightly deeper, and more of a burnt orange. It is super shiny and shimmery though. Really pretty.
Posse
Posse is a deep mossy green, heavy on the grey side with lots of olive green shimmer. FABULOUS. BB knows how to do greens the right way, they get me every single time. I think I have over 20 greens by them now! This is beautiful and of course my favorite one here.
Outlaw
Outlaw is a deep velvety purple color with loads of multi-colored shimmer. Wow, so pretty! This one went on sheer and I didn’t think much of it until the second coat, but then WOW. Really nice.
Bandito
Bandito is a super dark eggplant purple with purple shimmer. It’s extremely blackened but doesn’t look black indoors. Very pretty, though I feel I have one or two like this already.
Overall:
Great collection, very cool and unique colors for the most part and great quality. The must haves for me are Posse, Outlaw, Rustler and Gunfighter. Nice to haves would be Bandito and Sundance.

I just ordered a few of these from both the men’s and women’s collection. I cannot wait to try them on!!! ~ With each new color released, BB Couture has quickly become one of my favorites!

Posse & Bandito are loves
Outlaw is the must-have for me. Posse is amazing, but I think I like the pink shimmer in RBL “Anne,” so I’ll stick with that. Great swatches!

hmm my ladies bottles are .5 oz too? the older ones are bigger but all the newer ones are .5 i think.

Clearly I am blind as a bat despite lasik surgery because I just looked at my pics and they say 0.5!!!! I SWEAR yesterday they said 0.6, lol. My bad, will correct that in the post

Must.have.Outlaw.NOW!!! LOL! Seriously, this color reminds me a little of China Glaze Grap Crush that goes for an obscene amount of $$ on ebay.
I might have to grab up Posse, Gunfighter and Outlaw, I think I have reasonable enough dupes for the others. Great swatches, as always! (Oh, and I think I may have most of the Rodeo Diva collection too, it was outstanding)

I thought: ooh, gunfighter, nice…then I saw Posse and I fell in lurve.
So if there’s a mens and womens collection, does that mean that men actually buy and wear these colors too? I’ve never heard of such a thing! But that’s cool none the less
How does Posse compare to Zoya Edyta? It looks like they are similar, maybe Posse is a bit lighter??
