Milani Lip Flash Full Coverage Shimmer Gloss Pencils Review, Swatches & Giveaway!
Are you ready to get down with some super shimmery, saturated lip colors? Then look no further.
Milani’s Lip Flash Full Coverage Shimmer Gloss Pencils are in a word, amazing. They come in eight colors, all vivid and very pigmented.
These guys are basically lipsticks and lip gloss in one fat pencil. Most of them have complete coverage like a lipstick and have a glossy, moisturizing finish like a lip gloss.
The one thing they are missing is a fine tip for precision lip outlining (like a lip liner) but it’s no biggie in my book.
These are much firmer feeling than the Hard Candy Visibly Wet Pencils I recently reviewed, which is a good thing. You have much more control over them, they don’t get all melty on you as you’re applying.
I reviewed Star Flash awhile ago, which is why it wasn’t included here.

Overall:
What can I say, it’s hard to find anything bad to say about these! They are pigmented, apply easily, are glossy, feel great, last long and are inexpensive ($6.99)! Maybe the drawback is that they aren’t super easy to find or you need a large pencil sharpener? That’s what I’m going with 
Grade A!!

In A Flash and Lip Flash are really pretty! I love that they are different! I bought a NYC lip gloss pencil and I didn’t like it at all, it didn’t have good pigmentation and it smelled weird, but these look awesome!

I love lip flash but it is one of those things that I would buy and never have the guts to wear out of the house :\
they all look uber flattering, but photo flash looks like it might be the one that I would wear most often. These are awesome and I have NOTHING like them anywhere in my slowly budding makeup collection, also the only place I know that even sells Milani products is in another state entirely and so I never get to go there, but man, if I don’t win one of these I may have to make the trip soon regardless of the distance, these are way too cool and with the glitter nail polishes that I’ve been seeing swatched over the interwebs, I am starting to lust over this brand hardcore.
