Color Club Untamed Luxury Indulgence Collection for Fall 2010 Swatches & Review
Color Club has a huge new fall collection out called Untamed Luxury. It includes two sets of 7 polishes each; one called Indulgence and one called Diamond.
Today I have Indulgence for you since it was my favorite of the two. 
This collection features some amazing cremes and shimmers and a frost for good measure.
The formula was totally outstanding as per usual with Color Club. Their polishes are always like BUTTAH!
Pretty In Platinum
Pretty In Platinum is a frosty silver/white. Wow this is a seriously hot white, it might be my favorite one now. It went on so opaque I barely even needed a second coat. It is a tiny bit streaky but nothing horrible.
Soft As Cashmere
Soft As Cashmere is a taupe creme. This baby started out a little sheer and watery, but it did build up nicely after three coats. Yes it’s another taupe, but it’s kind of hard to go wrong with this color in my book.
Positively Posh
Positively Posh is a dark chocolate/taupe creme. Shiny, gorgeous and tres chic! This was a little on the thinner side also and I could have used three coats, but I did two here.
Wild Orchid
Wild Orchid is a pale grey/lavender with silver shimmer. This is sooooo pretty and unique. I love the grey/lavender combo it’s so interesting looking to me. This was two coats.
Jewel Of A Girl
Jewel Of A Girl is a deep, vampy red shimmer. Yep, lit-from-within it most certainly is. It’s glowing in the center with darker edges. Sigh. There is just nothing about this color I don’t love to death. This was two coats.
Nothing But Truffle
Nothing But Truffle is a deep chocolate brown with gold and pink shimmer. Another lit-from-within that dare I say is even better than Jewel Of A Girl!? I LOVE CHOCOLATE BROWN. There I said it. This was two coats.
Ready To Royal
Ready To Royal is a deep vampy royal purple creme. It’s super dark, almost black, and very shiny. This perhaps was my least favorite here, not that unique, but still gorgeous. This was two coats.
Overall:
I love this half of the collection. I think there are a few colors that are familiar to other recent collections (Soft As Cashmere, Positively Posh and Ready To Royal) but others that are just must haves (Pretty In Platinum, Wild Orchid, Jewel Of A Girl and Nothing But Truffle).

Holy cow. I love every single one of these colors. I think Wild Orchid is my favorite, but Pretty in Platinum and Nothing but Truffle are really nice too. I like Ready to Royal, but I think I have at least one color somewhat like that already (Sephora by OPI Brunette on the Internet).

Haa…the real question is which ones aren’t on my wishlist. Color Club is totally going to make me broke.
But from Indulgence, I want Pretty in Platinum (just to Konad with because alone, it’ll look like hot garbage on me), Wild Orchid, Jewel of a Girl, and Nothing But Truffle.
And thanks for the gorgeous swatches. I really like how you showed all the little details in the polish, because in other swatches I’ve seen, they’ve looked plainer.
Your swatches are the best! Wild Orchid would be my fave from this group!

i knew this was out Kelly, I didn’t know if you planned on reviewing them or not! I have my eye on Jewel of a Girl and maybe Ready to Royal. I wish the S+H @ Head @ToeBeauty and 8ty8Beauty wasn’t like 7 bucks..
Soft as Cashmere looks like a non-shimmery MAC Earthly Harmony or Sephora By OPI Under My Trench Coat (I think the MAC and SOPI are dupes BTW).

I agree with you about this collection. I was really disappointed with the other collection.
These are so beautiful, all of them. It’s been ages since I had a lemming for an entire collection. I can hear the bottles in my stash clinking together as they shuffle over to make room for these little beauties.

I like this collection a lot better than the other one… the only one in here that would be a dupe of something in my collection is the first one, it looks exactly the same as Orly Platinum. But the rest of them… Jewel of a Girl, Wild Orchid, Nothing But Truffle especially, oh my!
