Vampy Varnish Favs Featuring: Blurple
Happy Memorial Day!
Today I’ve got my top 10 blurples. In case you don’t know what a blurple color is, it’s a cross between blue and purple. Some are just purple with heavy blue shimmer or vice versa, and then a few cremes are thrown in for good measure. 
I have reviewed all of these in the past, so this is just a quick run-down.
In no particular order, here we go!
OPI Ink
This is the color that started my love for blurple polishes.
LA Girl Groupie
This is a super glittery blurple, very pretty!
OPI Play ‘Till Midnight
Another great OPI one! This is much lighter than Ink.
Zoya Pinta
Pinta is a great blurple creme.
OPI Who Are You Wearing?
Another one of my old time favs, this is heavier on the purple than blue, with massive shimmer.
Nubar Passionate Purple
Horrible pic, but nice color!
OPI Russian Navy
Yup Russian Navy makes it onto the list despite the name!
Misa Throw Me Something Purple Please
This is kind of the odd-ball out here because it’s so much lighter than all others. This is definitely what I would call a blurple though.
Borghese Plumaggio Purple
Yup amazing that a Borghese made it onto the list because I have so few of them, but this one is gorgeous.

Obviously OPI does a mean blurple, they are my favorite ones on this post. Many of these are super similar, but I have to say blurple colors are some of my favorites alongside olive green and mushroomy taupes, so I don’t care! Oh and speaking of that, stay tuned because the next “Top 10″ will be taupe!

Russian Navy is probably my favorite blurple that I have….I love the subtle purpley flecks it has in it!
OPI has so many beautiful colors infortunatly in my country there are just new collections when they finish the stock they dont buy them no more
And the prices are too HIGH! One OPI: 15€ can u believe that!

I love these “burple colors,: especially Zoya’s Pinta, and Misa Throw me Something Purple, Please.” The other two shades I already have are OPI’s Russian Navy and OPI “What Are You Wearing,” and Nu-bar’s Passionate Purple.” The shades are so close seeing them in your thumbnails view, I mean the darker shades of burple, LOL

I love blurples!
Russian Navy breaks my heart. Beautiful in pictures, but on me it looks black and boring.
Who Are You Wearing really stands out to me – these are great colors!
My favorite blurple is OPI Sapphire in the Snow – a pretty blurple creme.
Don’t think I own too many blurples …but now I NEED OPI who are you wearing…sigh…
I love blurples too! I have many of these, so I guess it is one of my go-to colours. I love the Misa, and do agree that blurple can be light too!

My favorite “blurple” is OPI Sapphire In The Snow.
I do love this color! I only have one from your list OPI’s “Ink.” The blurple shimmers all do tend to look pretty similar, especially in low light. It’s fun to see the variations in the sparkles/shimmer from the photos you’ve shown. I wouldn’t have picked some of that up from just looking at the bottles. Excited for the taupes…currently I’m loving Nubar’s “Sandstone” & wondering if it will make your list!

These are all so pretty! I like blurples a lot too.
I actually put on Russian Navy this morning!! I am a huge blurple fan!!! It’s funny how they are all so similar, but when swatched like this they look sooo different!! thanks!
I never realized how all of those OPI blurples are SO similar. Just slightly varying degrees of intensity of the base or the amount pink/blue shimmer. Zoya Pinta has been on my lemmings list for ages. Since I can only get them online I try to wait until I have a few Zoyas that I want and then order them together, so I haven’t taken the plunge yet.
My favorite blurple is OPI Siberian Nights, although it also falls into the “almost black” category that so many people seem to hate
