I LOVE MAKEUP AND POLISH! This would totally be up my alley! I am really into mineral and natural makeup (This from a MAC ADDICT). Any updates are always great!

I voted “yes,” but only if you give ample face-time to not-so-high-end brands too! (think drugstore!) :0)

That would be cool. In addition to drugstore brands and more “high end” brands you should also check out mineral and indie brands. I’ve been considering trying small independent makeup brands like Evil Shades, Fyrinnae, and Aromaleigh.
Id love it, sounds like a great idea.

OMG! Yes, yes, yes!! Polish and make up go hand in hand. Would be great on your blog too because you’re pictures are always really good. You’re my go-to blog when I need a polish fix and would be great for a face fix too!

I think you have to do whatever makes YOU happy–ultimately, if you are excited about something, then your posts will show it. You’re doing a great job with nails, if you are excited about makeup then why not?

yeah, maybe! i have started reviewing beauty products on my own blog…but in addition to the polish posts i already do, not instead of them. i mean, i like makeup but i’m all about nail polish!

I think you should do what makes YOU happy. It’s your blog. People who are interested in makeup can check out those posting, and people who are interested in nail polish only can focus on the ones they like.
Lipglossiping has a great post about animal-testing so I’d say you could be a great ambassador for ethical brands as so many people read you and you are so highly regarded.
I’d also rather have cosmetics as an adjunct to posts about polishes rather than substitutes for such posts.

I like the idea. To me though I’d actually like to see them one you or someone if that is possible. And on the area they belong, like the lips or the eyes and not necessarily on a wrist or hand. BUT…I understand that isn’t ideal all the time. Maybe if one could be really demonstrated and the other shades on the hand. Just a thought. Maybe you could always give us a show with whatever you get from Sephora each time.
