Creepy Tree Close to Home
I have been wanting to take a picture of this tree for years. It’s very close to my house but I never had a good opportunity until yesterday. The sun was setting so the tree was in shadow but there was just enough light to get it. Pretty cool!

Something about that picture reminds me of the show “Six Feet Under.”

Hi Amber,
Ohh it kinda does!
I am loving this. Love old gnarly oak trees…one of my favorite things about California. I would so very much like to have this as a desktop image…would you be willing to make it available in larger format so I could use it that way, and if you smacked a watermark in the bottom corner that would be just fine too! This is really pretty!

I think I said something like I love this picture and will you please make it available in larger format so I can use it as a desktop background.

Hi Elizabeth,
I don’t think I know how to do that through my blog, but I could email it to you larger.
The spooky tree made me think of “Sleepy Hollow”.
