The MAC Mickey Contractor collection, scheduled for a January release, is a 28 piece collection (including brushes) heavy on the neutral (or wearable) side. But who is Mickey Contractor, you ask?

Mickey Contractor is MAC’s Director of Makeup Artistry for India and has changed the face of Bollywood. He’s been mentoring many makeup artists all over the world for over 30 years and is also the first MAC Artist to have a collection created as a tribute to him.

The collection in its entirety includes:

• Mehr – Dirty blue pink (matte)
• Gulabi – Bright fuchsia (amplified)
• Mocha – Peachy yellow-brown (satin)

Happy (almost) New Year!!!!

I for one am very glad that 2010 is nearly over and done with. For me it was the most stressful and depressing year I can remember, so it can only get better, right? Right!

I hope that 2011 is your best year ever, and thank you so much for sticking around with me these past few years, it means a lot to me.

Oh and I hope I get to go to a beach like this this year and do nothing for a week or two.
