Color Club Master Of Disguise

Happy almost Friday!

Today I’ve got Color Club’s new collection of mini’s for Halloween called Master Of Disguise! I was so happy to see these because Halloween is my very favorite holiday, and this means it’s coming up soon!

As I mentioned, these are mini bottles which is probably fine since most of them aren’t colors you would probably wear every day. With one exception, which is my favorite icon smile Color Club Master Of Disguise Check ‘em out!

Color Club Ghost Of A Chance Color Club Master Of Disguise
Ghost Of A Chance

Ghost Of A Chance is a white creme. It’s a pretty stark white, but does seem to have a hint of cream color in it. As with most white’s it was a wee bit thick and streaky, but was decent after 3 coats.

Color Club Abracadabra Color Club Master Of Disguise
Abracadabra

Abracadabra is a pumpkin orange with LOADS of big gold glitter chunks. This is totally cool and SO perfect for Halloween. It would look amazing over black also I think. This was thick so I let it dry a couple minutes after each coat. This is three coats.

Color Club Taboo Color Club Master Of Disguise
Taboo!

Taboo! is a blurple shimmer. The shimmer is light blue and lavender and hard to see in this pic. Here it looks really blue, but in fact it’s definitely blurple. This is the one I will wear year ’round it’s really pretty. The formula was really nice on this and I only needed two coats.

Master Of Disguise

Master Of Disguise is a jet black shiny creme. Not a whole lot to say about it, but the formula was on the thinner side and I needed three coats. Again I think Abracadabra would look amazing layed over this!

SO excited about Halloween, you will see a butt-load of pics after it’s over with form me because my hubbie and I totally dress up and do the entry way up all scary for the Trick or Treaters! We are thinking we might even venture into the garage this year, but the idea of cleaning it out is even scarier than Halloween itself! You will be able to find these colors on the e-tailers websites very soon!

    • Hi Fresco Phyrra,

Taboo! is a million times better in person it’s awesome. I hate that camera’s don’t seem to capture blurples correctly!

I like all of them for Halloween colors. I love Taboo! I think I would like Abracadabra as long as it’s not too “Chunky” or “Bumpy” feeling on my nails. I agree with you though, I think Abracadabra would look fantastic over black!

    • Hi Arlyn,

It actually wasn’t too chunky. The glitter laid down flat so it was less chunky than say, China Glaze’s new glitter ones.

The first one looks like white out, but whites are not my favorite. I love Abracadabra and Taboo!
I like dressing up for Halloween too and have already started planning my costume. Kelly, do you know what you’ll be dressing up as this year?

    • Hi Sonya,

I think I am going to be Anne Bolyen this year :) I already got a custom made “K” necklace like her famous “B” necklace (also seen on Ugly Betty). ;)

Love all of those colors. Halloween is such a fun holiday. Playing dressup for adults. A chance to return of childhood only better since you can buy more stuff for costumes. Beautiful glimmer in Abracadabra. I love orange with glitter. I don’t normally wear orange but I love it around the house. Taboo is gorgeous! Is it a dupe for another brand? I never wear white but I do have some. Black is a classic color now. I think it’s just like wearing red. I have to get some Halloween stickers to wear over the white. I will be ordering this. Or I might have already ordered it. I forgot to write it down. Your nails always look so lovely. I really like the length and shape of them. You really take nice care of your nails.

  • I got my little pack of these yesterday from Victoria Nail Supply. They’ve got a bunch of the mini Color Club packs as well as the Color Club glitters available now! What was funny was I also placed an order for Color Club Electronica at the same time, and the polish in the bottle looks almost identical! I’ll have to do swatch comparisons to be sure. Either way, both are gorgeous! I’m really excited to try out Abracadabra because they do glitter just right!
