Fing’rs Edge Artificial Nails
Today I’ve got some really cool artificial nails for you from Fing’rs. I don’t normally wear artificial nails and quite honestly don’t ever think I will, but I wanted to show those of you who DO wear them how fun they can be.
There was a time not too long ago when all you could get were the basic white tipped french or maybe red or burgundy nails. Now thanks to brands like Fing’rs you can find those basics but also a wide variety of more “alternative” nail patterns to choose from. Check out the two I am reviewing below!

These nails come in a pack of 24 fingernails of various sizes and includes both the stick-on tabs and glue. I like having both options because that way you can use the stick-on tabs for just a day or so or use the glue for about a week’s worth of wear.

Really cute pattern, right? These are white tipped with black polka dots. The color of the nail bed is a pale milky white. What I like about these is that they are on the short side and small side so they fit my nails pretty well. What I didn’t like was the stick-on tabs I got were REALLY sticky and didn’t lay flat, they seemed like they were old and they kind of clumped in a giant blob. So because they didn’t lay totally flat you can see them under this pale of a nail. It looks like air pockets.

Same deal with this set, you get 24 nails in various sizes along with the glue and stick-on tabs.

These are a pink, black and white argyle pattern on the tip and a very light pink on the nail bed. I liked the light pink color better because it didn’t show the tab underneath as much. These are such a cute pattern, I love argyle, though I am as far from preppy as it gets normally! These are the same length and shape as the polka dot ones, so they fit me nicely. One thing I can never seem to get right no matter what kind of artificial nail it is is the cuticle area. It never fits my nails or looks “real” in that spot. This is one major reason I don’t think I would ever wear nails like this for more than a few minutes, I don’t like them looking fake and that is a dead giveaway.

Hi keri,
I only had them a couple weeks, but don’t know when they were manufactured so maybe the tabs were really old? Who knows!

were they old because you had them sitting around for a while? or did you just get an old stock? i guess that means you have to get them and wear them right away. a girl who worked at icing told me that she peels the sticky part off and uses nail glue to keep hers on… i wonder if that would work with these?

I really love these cute designs, but I am so not into the fake nails. My boyfriend hates them too.

These are supper cute! I love argyle. I’m going to be on the look out for these.

Hi keri,
I know I have the same issue. These tabs were seriously old though I think that was a big part of the problem this time around.

cute cute, but i find with the press ons i can never get them to lay flat. the bubbles always show! i wish i knew how to fix it, because these would be cute for time when you want a neat pattern without the effort.

For some reason I really, really love the argyle ones…and I hardly ever even look at those nails, but those are so cute!! I’m sure I could find a way to destroy them though (ha).

These are real cute, but I’m with you. I’m just not an artificial nail person. My fingers are small, and the few times I’ve tried them it looked ridiculous. I used to love long nails; now I like them short.
