Dashing Diva Manhattan Collection – Part II

As promised, here is part deux of the Dashing Diva Manhattan collection (until I order more that is). These are the more unusual and cool colors, I think. I truly love them all and I think you will see why. As mentioned in the other post, I had no application issues at all with these. Pics taken in sun with no top coat.

Dashing Diva West Village Dashing Diva Manhattan Collection Part II

West Village is a really chic looking caffe latte colored creme. It’s definitely not one of those basic beige neutrals that you see some companies spew out over & over every season. This one looks edgier and more “mushroomy”, which I love! This was three coats.

Dashing Diva Water Taxi Dashing Diva Manhattan Collection Part II

Water Taxi…I do not even have words to describe this color. It is BEYOND people just BEYOND fabulous. I took about 800 million pics and just couldn’t fully capture the awesome iridescent-ness of this. The base is a beautiful light watery blue color and it has a fabulous pink/purple overlay depending on the light. It’s shimmery and frosty all at once as well. Just awesome, I really love this! This is three coats.

Dashing Diva Fearless Fashionista Dashing Diva Manhattan Collection Part II

Fearless Fashionista is a very pretty light grape creme with pink undertones. Super flattering on fair skin, not sure about darker skin though because of the blue in it. This was three coats.

Dashing Diva City That Never Sleeps Dashing Diva Manhattan Collection Part II

City That Never Sleeps is another one who’s awesomeness cannot be captured correctly on camera. This is not black. This is a dark, vampy, blackberry creme and I absolutely am in love with it. It looks a smidge more blackberry in person than on camera. It looks very dark indoors, but still not black, which I like. You may be thinking that this is a lot like OPI’s Siberian Nights and it is similar, but this is actually much darker. This is three coats but you could probably do two, it’s pretty opaque.

Dashing Diva Dark PR Dashing Diva Manhattan Collection Part II

Dark PR is another great vampy color that I adore. It’s a super deep red/brown creme. Now I usually have some serious streaking issues with dark brown cremes for some reason, but not this one. This was three coats.

As I mentioned before, this collection is about 100 polishes and I definitely plan on getting more of them because they are such a great formula! You can find them here and they retail for $8.00 each.

Which ones do you love?

I love them all! I don’t know how Water Taxi would look on me though; I have olive/tan skin, but gosh I *hope* it would look nice!

    Hi Kristen,

Yeah Water Taxi might clash with olive skin but you could always try and see, you never know! Most oranges and yellows don’t work on me, but occasionally I find one that’s great.

Fearless Fashonista and Water Taxi are my favorites.

I wish that I could wear more shades like West Village, but I find it very difficult to get just the right colour. Most times they look like Band-Aids on me. :(

I found your blog thru makeupandbeautyblog.com. I like it a lot. I usually go towards the light pinks and nudes, but I really like Fearless Fashionista. I commend your blog. Seems like a lot of work: having to polish your nails, take the pics, upload ‘em. I love checkin’ out all the shades. Keep it up!
