Majolica Majorca & Canmake Nail Polish Swatches

Evening folks! So my friend from Singapore who sent me the Stage and Make Up Store polishes also sent me one from a company in China called Majolica Majorca and one from Japan called Canmake. My reviews are under the pics, which are taken in the sun with no top coat.

Glow Quick GR319 Majolica Majorca & Canmake Nail Polish Swatches
Velvet
Velvet comes from Majolica Majorca and isn’t it a pretty bottle (and yes it is mini)? I love the insignia. This color is fabulous, unlike anything I own. It totally reminds me of mermaids for some reason. It’s a teal/sea green with tons of light blue shimmer. The consistency was smooth but a little sheer so I needed three coats. I love, what do you think?

Canmake Majolica Majorca & Canmake Nail Polish Swatches
#67
This one is from Canmake and for some reason I cannot find what color this is other than #67. Now #67 didn’t show up on their website so I don’t know if that means they don’t carry it anymore or what. Anyway, the color is a gold glittery one that leans a bit towards olive. It too is pretty sheer and this is three coats.

Thanks again to Bik Yee who sent these to me, it was SO nice of her and I really love them all! If you are interested in checking these brands out you can find their websites here and here.

‘Nite!

  • I love different brands! I can’t wait to travel and just collect different polish brands from other countries. The insignia on that mini-bottle is just darling!

Wow, another nice set of oversees colors! I’m starting to get a bit bitter that I can’t find them here ;)
I especially like 67, a kinda edgy gold, who knew such a thing existed?

  • Love the sea green polish! It looks like it would have been more emerald in color just by looking at the bottle. I like how it’s more teal green when you wear it. Do you know of any colors available in the US that are similar?

A lot of Japanese brands only give numbers to their products, that’s why you only found #67 on the Canmake bottle.

Also, this Canmake nail polish has been discontinued, now they have a new line of nail polishes with a different bottle design.

Yup I got these from Watsons. Actually with the Yen this high, ordering direct from Japan might be not much cheaper.

Velvet looks like a jelly polish. The color is so pretty and the bottle is so charming and looks fun to use. Thanks for sharing these.
