Sephora by OPI

I just realized I took these pics a long time ago and never published them, oops! They are from Sephora by OPI’s line of polishes and I have mixed feelings about them. Sorry for the lack of posts lately, but I am awaiting the weekend when I can swatch some new spring and summer lines! Good stuff in store, I promise! Pics taken in sun with no top coat.

Ms. Can’t Be Wrong
This one I loved. It was so creamy and fabulous going on and only took two coats. The color is an almost fuschia pink mixed with some purple but it’s a bit muted so it’s not SUPER bright. There is shimmer in it as well which just bumps the coolness factor up for me!

This one was the one I had problems with. As I have mentioned in the past I have problems with these dark chocolate brown cremes. This one actually applied a lot better than the other ones I have used but I still had some slight cuticle drag as you can see. This was three coats.

    Hi Katee,

I thought you would like that one. It’s so smooth and pretty in person. I cannot get those stupid brown cremes to work on me no matter what! Oh well.

  • I agree Ms. Can’t Be Wrong is awesome! I just got Opening Night and I can’t wait to try it!
How is the formula? Does it last long? Frequent chips?

    Hi Nessa,

So far the formulas are pretty great with this line. I have only worn 1 or 2 of them for more than 24 hours so I can’t really say much about chips or how long it lasts. It’s a serious problem with nail polish blogging that I have a million polishes and never get to wear them more than once or for very long, haha!

Kelly, how does Ms. Can’t be Wrong compare to Zoya Moxie? It looks a bit brighter to me, but is it enough that I’ll need both?
My wallet is curious! :) Thanks.

    Hi Erin,

It’s very different form Moxie, actually. This one is much more pink with no hint of red in it, more of a hint of purple if anything. Also Moxie is a creme and this one has shimmer. Definitely different so I say get both!

  • Interestingly enough, I really like Caffeine Fix on your skin — as shown in the photos! :-)

    Hi Karina,

Yeah I like the color a lot but the formula is an issue for me. Thanks!

Is the first one at all similar to OPI Louvre Me, Louvre Me Not? It sorta looks like it might be, but I can’t be sure.

    Hi Atomica,

No, it’s definitely a lot different. Lourve Me, Lourve Me Not is very purple whereas Ms.Can’t Be Wrong is much more pink. Both are nice creamy and shimmery though!
